Understands and adheres to established Scheduling protocols and procedures. Creates and maintains staff schedules. Provides staffing for sick leave, vacation, long term leave. Enter scheduling data and Contacts clients regarding day-to-day changes. Enters staff and client information into database. Maintains staff and client database. Maintains staff and client statistics, and reports. Requirements: A willingness to learn and adapt. Excellent communication skills. 0-1 year of workforce management experience preferred. Experience with workforce management systems like Retain etc. preferred. Proven track record of successfully working independently. Team player and willingness to help others. Strong eye for detail. Proficient in excel.
