•Analyzing application, data and upstream/downstream integration issues •Drive issues to closure either thru code/data/process/config modification. •Take ownership of incidents/Support requests following through to resolution. •Engage with stakeholders throughout the ticket lifecycle •ITSM or ITIL knowledge and experience •Communicate with several different technology areas in a highly matrixed organization. •Coordinate and work with Vendors for 3rd Party application issues ( international banks) and cross teams •Maintenance & downtime – communicate and coordinate with stakeholders •Coordinate approvals with various stakeholders for CRs •Provide application admin activities & configuration changes where applicable •Maintain Knowledge Repository of known errors and workarounds. •Flexible to work in shifts Monitor Alert notifications and System logs and take appropriate action •Create technical documentation and maintain the document repository.
