Skills Required:
Experience in 401K (preferred but not mandatory) • Achieving the process defined SLAs on payroll files OR processing claims pertaining to Hardship, Death and QDRO qualifications, email communications and general correspondence • Ensuring accuracy on transactions processed and posted • Researching on any queries/requests sent by the Business Partners/Transaction Processing/Client Support Teams and replying to the same with minimum response time • Strict adherence to non disclosure of client information by preserving client confidentiality • Researching on any queries/ requests sent by the Business Partners / RPS Ops team and replying to the same with minimum response time • Taking active participation in process improvements and automation • Ensure Quality Control standards that have been set are adhered to • Excellent organizational skills with ability to identify and prioritize work based on Turn Around Time • Completing assigned responsibilities within timelines Qualifications: • Graduate in any discipline • 1 - 3 yrs of experience in back office operations preferred • Good communication skills • Flexible to work in shifts (NA Shift) with extended work hours based on business requirements • Basic MS Office knowledge
