Position Requirements: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with minimum 1 years of experience is relevant industry Basic knowledge on various types of Centrifugal pump and its parts Good communication skills (read, write and speak) Strong computer skills, including Windows and Microsoft Office Suite Preferences: 1-2 years of experience in a professional environment of mechanical or allied engineering industry Experience with rotating equipment preferred. Strong team building, organization, time management, self-administration, communication, problem solving, influencing and facilitating skills is required to manage and interact with all facility personnel, affiliates across globe and customers. Manage and plan work related activities/ schedule on daily/ weekly/ monthly basis Proficiency to interpret part drawings, assembly drawings, machining drawings, understand the instructions provided diagram or other technical documents Understands the job flow and prioritize the daily BoM loading based customer demand Should have good Inter personnel skill to interact and maintain good rapport with various functions and inter-departments in the organization smoothly and get the things done Flexible to work on shifts and do what it takes to meet customer project due dates.
